Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods or due to unforeseen delays, but we will notify you of any significant changes.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:

Order Tracking

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international locations. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Dream Rich is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been shipped. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier for further assistance.
